Moni Rodriguez is a 1# Amazon International Best-Selling Author, Speaker and Women’s Leadership Coach.
She is passionate about helping women around the world become leaders of change in both, professional and personal life. Her mission is to inspire others to embrace a more heartcentered type of leadership which is based on collaboration, compassion and unity consciousness.
Moni has a burning desire to speak against abuse of power in any sort of form. She is actively seeking to get involved in projects that
protect women and children from suffering abuse as well as raising awareness about genre equality.
Having spent +15 years in IT healthcare she now takes her large experience in project management to help others manage and lead their lives in a more conscious way. Having experienced the rush and pressures of the corporate world herself, she is willing to bring more balance to women’s lives.
One of the key aspects of her work is to help women to lead their life from a place of joy, rather than overwhelm and to in
spire them to live a life with passion instead of suffering stress as a result of willing to fulfill unrealistic expectations.
After participating in four book collaborations as a co-author in 2017, Moni is now working on publishing her first book as an author.
Her book “I Am Joy” is born with the intention to help the reader transform their life to a state of joy where they can uncover their true essence and therefore reach their highest potential.

Ruth is known as the Life Liberator. She is creating global liberation by leading women out of manipulative, abusive, controlling relationships into empowerment and freedom.
She says, ‘This isn’t a pleasant subject but it is worryingly commonplace. Globally, there are countless women whose lives are barely half-lived because they exist with a partner who controls and abuses them. My mission is to ensure 10,000,000 women regain their lives’.
Ruth states that an abusive relationship means that you are constantly made to feel bad about yourself by your partner. It does not necessarily involve physical violence. Emotional, mental and verbal bullying are equally as damaging.
She stresses, ‘ the reality is that a woman trapped in a controlling relationship has fears, anxieties and self-doubts which hold her back. A woman with an abusive partner is in the worst possible place to be able to help herself. Her self-esteem is so eroded, it is hard for her to trust her judge
ment about anything. Without change her life is reduced to a level of insignificance. This is not acceptable. She needs to be the one living her life and not another live it for you’.
Ruth believes that every woman is entitled to create a destiny which gives her the confidence to be herself and to live her life with happiness, fulfilment and positivity. That if she does that successfully then she is able to contribute towards building happiness and peace in our world, for the collective.
